How long does delivery take?
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Shipping may be delayed. If you are unsure about the delivery in your country please contact us before purchasing. Allow a total of 4 weeks for your delivery (UNLESS YOU HAVE CHOSE FAST SHIPPING). If your package is not delivered within 45 days we will issue you a full refund.
US only – Free Shipping. The US shipping time is 2-3 weeks + processing times. However, the average shipping time is 2 weeks to most states. If you are unsure be sure to contact us via our live chat on Facebook for any information.
We have a faster shipping option of 10 working days for the US only. Cost is $5.00.
Canada only – Free Shipping. Shipping to Canada is 2-3 weeks + processing times.
UK only – The UK is our fastest shipping country. Deliveries will typically take 3 weeks in total from the time you order to the time you receive unless there are some other reasons for delays. Shipping is free

How to clean this Pacifier
We have sterilized the Pacifier before it was placed in the box. However, if you decide to sterilize again be sure to only boil the nipple and not the Rhinestones as they may come off.
DO NOT WASH CHAIN
Like most plated jewelry you can run the risk of discoloring if you wash with any strong detergents etc. If you do decide to wash the chain, be sure to thoroughly dry it as soon as possible to avoid any discoloring.
Our Crystal Pacifiers and Pacifier Clips are of the highest quality, strongly attached & we use non-toxic glue. However, the Bling pacifiers which are crystalized are to only be hand-washed in warm soapy water. Once the baby is able to throw, chew, or damage the product, there is a chance that a crystal may detach or the pacifier break. All items are delicate and should be handled with care. Adult supervision is required
Suggestion 1: The best and most effective way to sterilize not only a pacifier but also any of your baby’s accessories is to use a UV sterilizer. These are quite a new product but are readily available on Amazon. We will have these available soon.
Suggestion 2: Use Dapple or Nuk Pacifier wipes for regular use. Dapple is great because they make an environmentally friendly pacifier wipe. Nuk is great because it is individually sealed. Each pacifier wipe comes in its own wrapper. Pacifier wipes are the best thing when you are out and about. Never leave home without them.
All pacifiers containing crystals should be HAND-WASHED ONLY in lukewarm soapy water. Perfumes, creams, lotions, and makeup all contain substances that can affect plated jewelry. Some soaps and detergents are stronger and harsher than others. Any substance that isn’t PH neutral can potentially affect your plated jewelry.
